Witmer Lake is located in a chain of five lakes, sometimes called the Indian Lakes Chain.   The chain is comprised of Witmer, Westler, Dallas, Hackenberg and Messick Lakes. The five lakes are connected by the Little Elkhart River which begins in the town of Wolcottville.
Boating & Fishing
 
Witmer Lake is an all-sports lake for boating, fishing, kayaking, and all things water!
 
The lake has a public boat launch, and can be accessed by boat from other lakes in the chain.
Association News

The next Witmer Lake Association meeting is scheduled for June 22, 2024, at Coody Brown's at 9 a.m.  The Lake Association Board is working hard to improve the accessibility and quality of lake life.  If you have not already done so, please sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date.
